Tagaddod is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be the primary point of contact for HR support and guidance for the operations team. In this role, you will work on fostering a positive and productive work environment for all employees, with a particular emphasis on addressing the unique needs of both white-collar and blue-collar workersIf you have a strong background in HR and a passion for driving organizational success through effective HR practices, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities
  • Partner with department leaders to understand and address HR needs and challenges
  • Act as the primary HR point of contact for the Operations Department
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, talent development, engagement & retention and other HR matters.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Handle recruitment and selection processes for Operations roles
  • Implement effective recruiting strategies to attract blue collar candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee experience
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in working with a diverse workforce, including both white-collar and blue-collar employees.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a similar industry
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development
  • In-depth understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to the industry.
  • Previous experience in sectors with a significant blue-collar workforce, such as manufacturing, construction, or logistics
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully engaging with and addressing the unique needs of both white-collar and blue-collar workers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop practical solutions that align with both company policies and the needs of the workforce.
  • Proactive approach to identifying potential employee relations issues and implementing preventative measures
