- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates in a timely manner
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and completing necessary paperwork
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
- Continuously improve the recruitment process by implementing best practices and staying updated on industry trends
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other external partners to attract top talent
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
