Recruitment Manager - Savoy Sharm Group

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create job descriptions
• Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates in a timely manner
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and completing necessary paperwork
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
• Continuously improve the recruitment process by implementing best practices and staying updated on industry trends
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other external partners to attract top talent

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
