- Create and update job descriptions as part of the job profiling process.
- Create and update human resources policies and the university employee handbook.
- Assist with organization design, change management projects and business processes optimization as applicable.
- Co-ordinate and provide support through the whole performance management process including but not limited to; system communication, implementing, and following up results.
- Years of Experience: 0-2
- Related major or HR certificate/diploma is preferable
- Excellent Command of English Language
- Strong passion towards HR Career
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
