HSE Supervisor

• Prepare and standardize all working instructions, safe work procedure, Process flow charts for all Department processes.
• Prepare and implement of site inspection plan to ensure that the policies and procedures are being properly implemented & followed.
• Implement and Maintain company HSE policy, procedures, and the plant HSE plan.
• PPEs stock control and exchange process.
• Prepare and implement HSE training plan for all department according to behaviour of safety statics and training need analysis of employees.
• Prepare and record of permit to work system.
• Conduct HSE awareness sessions to workforce at the plant in weekly basis.
• Conduct risk assessments and consider safety measures to reduce the risks.
• Implement and supervise of specialist areas such as, e.g., fire regulations, hazardous substances, noise, safeguarding machinery, and occupational diseases.
• Promote, develop, and establish a positive safety culture within the Facilities Division (Safety Plan & Emergency Plan in addition to the evacuation plan) to meet the legal requirements in terms of Health, Safety and Compliance.
• Manage and organize the safe disposal of hazardous substances, e.g. Industrial wastes.
• Keep records of inspection findings and generate reports recommending the improvements.
• Marinating documentation and records on regular basis as well as attending / preparing for internal/external audits.
• Prepare and record of HSE file regarding the Economic Zone requirements.
• Prepare and send daily, weekly, and monthly reports submitted to the manufacturing manager.
• Prepare and present the department KPIs.
• Managing department budget, controlling, and optimizing expenditures.
• Managing all contractors with respect to HSE requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering / science from a reputable university.
• Hold NEBOSH certification (preferable).
• Certified ISO 45001 lead auditor.
• Certified ISO 14001 lead auditor.
• A safety specialist from a government agency is must.
• Good Knowledge in Risk Management.
• +5 years of experience (in the industrial field)
• Location will be at the factory in Ain Sokhna
