- Understand and influence customer’s requirements and evaluation criteria, position consulting-led approach, engage with partners, prepare the internal organization prior to RFP.
- Understand customers objectives and requirements to position, create, and propose cloud solutions that meets customers objectives and requirements.
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients, understanding their needs, producing proposals to address them.
- Responsible of all proposal related activities including defining solution strategy, designing the right solution, obtaining solution validations and proposal writing.
- Provide cloud services and tools cost using estimation calculators.
- Works closely with the sales team to qualify the opportunities from a technical perspective.
- Central point of contact on architecture matters, liaising with FORTE CLOUD’s different technical teams.
- Provide architectural guidance for the Professional Services team and reviews the implementation of the proposed solutions, making sure it meets the customer goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in cloud presales or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and infrastructure architecture.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) are highly desired.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
