To strengthen our team, we are looking for a [[Product Development Engineering Supervisor]] in our plant in [[Fayoum]].Detailed description of main activities:- Ensure the SAP & CAO Master Data Setup.
- Responsible for the Change management Process.
- Ensure smooth implementation of ECRs & Engineering Changes.
- Updating process and procedure policies.
- Ensure a smooth ramp-up of Lines start-up.
- Drive specifications analysis of customer /YAZAKI drawings.
- Drive Master Data & SAP data preparation & sharing in time for all phases according to project milestones.
- Ensure BOM data accuracy & apply effective actions for correction.
- Participate with the other departments to resolve the non-compliance in terms of raw material.
- Drive wire tuning/optimization activity on each project phase.
- Drive the DFM activity and follow-up for actions closure.
- Participate in PFMEA Activities.
- Ensure the Definition of rework tools needed for Production.
- Participate in Productivity Improvement Activities.
- Participate in OEE Improvement Activities.
- Strive to implement improvement ideas affecting all business KPIs.
- Support the preparation of Budget expenses planning covering the department needs & any related Production needs.
- Follow and respect 5S rules.
- Ensure the respect of the QMS expectations (IATF 16949), the implementation of YEL/YEG Procedures, the implementation of all work standards and rules related to ISO 45001 and the 5S.
- Ensure the respect of the customer specifications (CSR).
- Undergoes & action any other Tasks given by the Management required for business needs within relevant areas of responsibility & expertise.Job Qualifications:- BSc. Engineering.
- 4~8 Years of experience preferred in same industry.
- Good communication skills.
- Coaching and organizational skills.
