Job Posting and Advertising: Create compelling job postings and advertisements, utilizing various platforms and channels to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through online platforms, professional networks, social media, and other channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing timely and constructive feedback. Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and ensure a collaborative hiring process.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and competitor activities to make informed recommendations and improvements.What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (Minimum 5 years)
- Fluent English is a must.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
