You will achieve goals by implementing high-volume sourcing strategies, modifying customized interview, testing, and screening tools and making process improvements resulting in higher recruiting yields and better-quality hires. Quick to adapt to new plans and shift directions to meet agile goals? You will also monitor recruiting targets daily and act quickly to remove any obstacles.
