about the roleIn an Agile context, the BI developer is to undertake the following responsibilities:

Gather, clean, and analyze critical business data
Identify patterns within data that highlight potential improvements in business practices
Develop tools and data models to visualize and monitor data,contributing to comprehensive business understanding.
Develop, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards, data models, and visualizations using relevant tools (Power BI).
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through data governance best practices.
Maintain and support data analytics platforms
Evaluate and improve existing BI systems.
Create\update technical documentation

about youEducational background :

Computer B.Sc. or B.Eng. Degree
Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in data Analytics / Business Intelligence or IT related field
Soft Skills, Business Courses, and Certification (time management, negotiation/communication skills...) are recommended

Functional Skills :

Proven experience as a data analysis, preferably in a product-focused environment.
Adept at various technologies
Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a keen analytical mindset.
Strong ability to work in a team
Time management

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Strong Knowledge data extraction, manipulation and modeling
Experience in working with/or Power BI
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
Python
Basic Understanding of ML and AI
Data Analysis
Familiarity with data modeling concepts and methodologies
Experience in working in Agile and DevOps is a plus

Other Skills :

Fluent English (speaking and writing)
Fluent French speaking is a plus
Team player
Excellent communication and presentation skills
