- Provides secretarial and administrative support to the department including the typing, preparation, and compilation of reports and proposals.
- Develops and maintains the filing system for the department.
- Prepares the stationary request and ensures regular availability of stationary.
- Maintains and updates a telephone list of staff’s numbers and allocates them whenever needed.
- Handles travel logistics for team members.
- Submits required reports regularly and per request.
- Give immediate feedback for the assigned tasks results.
- Very good using MS office and suitable typing speed
- Excellent organizational skills
- Very good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good relationship building and excellent team player.
- Good analytical skills.
- Excellent command of English
- B.Sc. in any discipline preferred accounting
- 5-7 years of experience in administration
- Administrative Secretarial Certificate is a plus
