We are seeking a competent IT Application Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users of our software applications.Responsibilities include:

Managing IT Assets, IT tools credentials and Security.
Dealing with IT related vendors.
Explore different IT tools and generate recommendation based on required usage
Providing technical support to teams within the organisation, and to external clients when required
Assisting with systems integrations
Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organisation’s systems

Requirements

Strong English language is a must
Experience 3-5 year with ITIL framework and IT service management practices is a plus.
Experience with Office 365, Active directory, Google workspace.
Experience in IP Phones software, Firewall software, ERP systems.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Knowledge of software application support principles and practices.
Experience in troubleshooting software applications and resolving technical issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
