- Develop the Management & sales Team ,
- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents and support staff
- Oversee the sales process, including lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals
- Overseee the Company operations , and tune the process as required
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth
- Manage the company's financial performance and ensure profitability
- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote the company's services and properties
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Provide guidance and support to agents on complex transactions and negotiations
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the real estate industry
- proven track Record in Managing Large Portfolio (Brokerage of Developer)
- Proven Sales Track Record and Growth of Real Estate Business ,
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Valid real estate license is preferred
