- Lead the review and development of the program's Performance Measurement Framework and ensure consistent and relevant implementation of data collection, analysis, evaluation, and reporting.
- Lead the design and development of the program's monitoring and evaluation tools and train the team on using them.
- Work closely with Area Program Managers to oversee the program's monitoring and evaluation activities to ensure consistent and accurate implementation in the field.
- Regularly review Sales Force reports related to program implementation, analyze data and trends, and propose action plans to maximize strengths and address challenges.
- Spearhead the production of program reports, including M&E reports, monthly field reports, the annual program report, and any other ad hoc reports as requested by the Sr. Program Manager.
- Supervise the implementation of current projects and initiatives under the umbrella of Not Alone program, as well as propose and design new initiatives in alignment with program scope and objectives.
- Oversee coordination with IT/IS department to: i) update and develop the program's digital application "Kenzy" in order to rapidly respond to business needs; ii) produce of all monitoring reports based on current and rising needs in the field; and iii) review and update the program's dashboard to improve data visualization and insights.
- Ensure all program manuals are up to date with current processes and procedures, and maintain consistent versions in English and Arabic.
- Lead data perfection/ cleaning projects in coordination with Data Processing department.
- Assist the Sr. Program Manager in preparing the program's annual budget and monitor actual vs. budget expenses.
- Support the Sr. Program Manager in reviewing and updating the program's five-year strategic plan.
- Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the Sr. Program Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in international development, economics, education, or closely related field. Postgraduate qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation is preferable.
- Minimum 5 years work experience in monitoring and evaluation of human development programs.
- Demonstrated ability to design/formulate monitoring and evaluation tools.
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and report writing.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Results-oriented with creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks/projects efficiently and effectively.
- A team player with excellent written and oral communication skills as well as presentation skill.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic - written as well as spoken.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project, etc).
- Typical office environment such as walking, sitting, typing, using office equipment, and occasional lifting of boxes or luggage during travel.
- Travel approximately 25-30% of the time to field sites across Egypt, or as required.
- Must be able to work on weekend and/or evenings as necessary for program activities
