- Tender & Proposal Management
- Work on government and enterprise tenders in Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with local procurement processes and infrastructure technology requirements.
- Prepare and deliver cost sheets, solution architectures, and compliance documentation aligned with customer expectations.
- Technical Leadership in Pre-Sales
- Present Velents.ai’s AI-driven recruitment solutions to clients in a consultative manner.
- Lead proof of concept (POC) engagements from design through delivery, supported by our Vibe Coders team who will help implement and customize solutions.
- Demonstrate samples of technical proposals, architectures, and prior work to showcase expertise.
- Integration & Solution Design
- Architect solutions leveraging APIs and integrations to connect Velents.ai with existing HR, ERP, or infra tech ecosystems.
- Provide technical validation for AI-driven workflows and ensure scalability in customer environments.
- Partner & Ecosystem Engagement
- Manage channel partners and system integrators, ensuring smooth collaboration in deals and delivery.
- Support partner enablement with technical training, demos, and documentation.
- Commercial & Strategic Support
- Work with sales to define technical win strategies and competitive differentiation.
- Build cost sheets and solution proposals aligned with both client budgets and Velents.ai’s value proposition.
- Experience in KSA tenders and infrastructure technology (Infra Tech), with a strong understanding of procurement and approval processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI solutions, APIs, and system integrations.
- Strong background in pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
- Proven ability to manage POCs, with support from an engineering team.
- Ability to create and present technical proposals, cost sheets, and architecture diagrams.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English (written and verbal).
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including partner and enterprise clients.
- Prior experience in HR Tech, AI SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.
- Familiarity with Saudi government approval systems (e.g., Etimad/اعتماد).
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud, infra security, and enterprise integrations.
