Lead DMS (daily management system) of lean and continuous Improvement Tools and techniques throughout the factory (Centerline, CILT, Defect handling, 5s, AM, PM).

Drive innovation and improve the process (KAIZEN) to increase people engagement in process improvement and support Culture Transformation.

Lead the execution of Continuous Improvement projects, problem-solving activities, and process mapping.

Assist in production operations to drive improvement in manufacturing efficiencies by utilizing continuous improvement techniques and support Henkel's operational excellence zero-loss journey.

Drive the standardization of processes and implementation of metrics and best practices.

Production process development with full documentation support.

YOUR SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering).

2-3 years of experience in continuous improvement or any relevant exposure.

Technical manufacturing background with experience in leading processes and teams.

Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement (Yellow belt is preferred).

Effective people leader and facilitator with excellent communication skills.
