Meeting Point EgyptThis position is responsible for the efficient production of the operational plan including the selection and booking of suppliers.
The core components of the role are ensuring that all activities are planned and the optimization of activities to reduce operating costs.Key Responsibilities:-
  • Receive incoming bookings for non-accommodation products and services and
consolidate them for planning. * Support the construct daily manifest for the same services to include All necessaryplanning details. * Optimize the manifest planning for the best use of resources.
  • Maximize the profitability of the manifest through Cost management and Supplier
selection. * Distribute job orders to suppliers and in-house resources.Key Skills:-
  • Conversational English Level.
  • Communication and interpersonal Skills.
  • Operations planning experience to include resource optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering optimized plans in a similar industry.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Effective team members can consistently deliver quality and time targets.
Knowledge / Experience:-
  • 0-2 years of experience in a relevant industry.
