- Leading the sales organization including Segment and Product Management teams; proper market sizing and channels to market definition for allocated markets.
- Spearhead market intelligence activities to uniquely position ABB PAEN to gain additional market share; interpreting the strategy of PAEN and translating corporate expectations into sales team activities.
- Ensuring execution of sales strategy and targets achievement in local and export markets for PAEN; developing annual sales plans in line with growth ambition and implementing business-driven actions accordingly.
- Generating solid sales pipeline with high information quality and balanced nature to deliver PAEN budget commitment; continuous pipeline management across the sales team.
- Submitting monthly and quarterly forecast for orders with high accuracy; managing sales expansion plans across assigned accounts, segments, and markets.
- Capacity team building and skills-set development for sales and product management team; setting individual sales targets and conducting performance reviews to upskill team members "if any".
- Lead the sales force on the ground according to player map and market stakeholders; translate global and regional strategies into pragmatic actions, identify partnerships, and coordinate go-to-market approach in line with PAEN strategic direction
- You have BSC degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- You have 10 years in sales preferably with at least 2-3 years in sales management.
- Possess background about automation and industrial application.
- Market knowledge with external-in orientation.
- You are at ease communicating in English & Arabic languages.
- Preferably French Speaker.
- Ability to develop and execute plans for assigned tasks.
- Long term sales planning.
