- Provide skills-based coaching and client-specific training on a regular basis to support the achievement of operating plan targets, sales targets, and high customer satisfaction
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver effective training and development programs designed to enhance advanced sales knowledge and skills across various sales motions
- Analyze performance data and customer experience trends to develop and implement strategic sales plays and best practices tailored to specific territories
- Oversee and validate the quality of training delivery to ensure it meets established standards and aligns with business goals
- Track the effectiveness of training interventions through a range of assessment tools and methodologies for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize sales processes and systems, ensuring a superior customer experience is consistently achieved
- Maintain high-level communication with internal stakeholders to foster and develop strategic client relationships while staying informed about the evolving business environment for training material updates
