Senior Network Security Engineer

- Manage and monitor Zscaler ZIA and ZPA environments
- Support zero-trust network access (ZTNA) activities
- Evaluate public + private cloud firewall policy requests to ensure alignment with the security standards (Azure, GCP, Openshift-based private cloud)
- Incident response, analysis, remediation, and reporting for relevant solutions
- Stay up to date with the security landscape and trends and make recommendations to improve security controls
- 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience
- In-depth knowledge of Zscaler solutions (ZIA/ZPA for users and workloads, ZDX/DLP = bonus) with proven hands-on experience in setting up, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting all elements of the solution
- Hands-on experience with configuring Azure NSGs and GCP VPC firewall policies (bonus for Openshift network security policies)
- Good knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IAC) concepts (e.g., YAML files, GIT repositories in Azure DevOps/GitLab)
- Familiarity with common programming and/or scripting languages (Python and Terraform)
- In-depth familiarity with concepts of routing, switching and SD-WAN
- Interested in diving deeply into technical problems and troubleshooting
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with end users and exchange with other security professionals
