E-mail, others..Duties and responsibilitiesFunctional ManagementForecast, plan and manage corporate network and security OPEX and CAPEX budgets for Orange and fixed(formerly LDN networks).Establish , negotiate and monitor the contractual and operational contracts/agreements with all relevantvendors ( such as Cisco , Juniper , F5, , ) and service providers including negotiating terms and conditions ,prices , SLAs , penalties , escalations , contacts , processes ..etc and ensure proper vendors operationsaccording to the agreements.Handle vendor selection activities whenever needed including stating requirements , handling RFPs/RFQs ,negotiations with the vendors , preparing the needed resources till the final selection and the properoperations.Participate as a major stakeholder in the selection of new products and technologies with all vendors.Manage business and operational risks in case of major incidents to ensure meeting the companyobjectives.Ensure putting proper business
