- Support the decision-making by the preparation of autonomously initiated and proactive analyses and, upon request, by specific analysis, proposals, and comprehensive solution alternatives.
- Designs, develops, and prepares management reports' HR related parts and decision-making materials for Lead Team. Consolidates data available in different systems to create ad-hoc and periodic reports, lists, and analysis for various topics. Creatively looks for the best way to present relevant data to best backup the purpose of the data requestor.
- Support preparation of headcount plans, reports, and forecasts of the CCH//function/cost center level on the base of established rules; ensure that prescribed approvals are on place.
- Participates in the design, implementation and coordination of major HR controlling exercises such as headcount and personnel cost planning, headcount approval and control.
- Accomplishes other tasks related to HR, HR controlling, compensation, data supply, data analysis and administration tasks and process improvements as asked by direct supervisor.
- Analyze and develop the monthly forecasting of the budget and highlighting the findings.
- Severance programs calculation, designing & implementation.
- MSC or BSC degree in Economics, Business sciences or relevant sciences with numerical reasoning profile
- 5+ years of multinational experience of human resources related data analysis or controlling.
