- Anticipate and provide proactive support / consultation for Inter & Intra MENA Business travel and legal entity transfer requirements and challenges that may arise.
- Support with building business travel and legal entity transfer plans and data models to drive strategic planning and forecasting within MENA.
- Provide consultative support on approved immigration options for alternative travel solutions to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients with ancillary reporting where required.
- Support key stakeholders in resolving complex and sensitive cases by providing proactive business travel solutions and alternate travel locations due to travel restrictions in consultation with the relevant Immigration team leads across the region.
- Proactively look for areas of development across the region to help smoothen the business travel process and conduct periodical process reviews.
- Help develop, maintain and oversee the reporting, data accuracy and delivery.
- Ensure business processes, policies and procedure are well documented to facilitate team continuity and knowledge transfer.
- Understand all legal requirements and local rules and regulations, including implementation of process improvements to meet necessary standards.
- Work closely with the CBTS Teams to support all kinds of Inter-MENA travel queries and requirements including providing support when conducting travel briefings for all business travellers.
- Continually work to improve processes and productivity using technology to drive efficiency.
- Supervise internal legal entity transfer and provide support to team member managing transferring employees
- Support and adhere to the business travel policies across the MENA region.
- Ensure teams adherence to compliance and risk management policies and procedures.
- Support with carrying out regular risk assessments for new business travel requirements and highlight any risks to the management prior to deployment of the teams.
- Identify areas of risk and develop a mitigation strategy to support immigration related business travel across the region.
- Keep up to date with changes in the travel world which include but not limited to change in visa & immigration requirements, travel restrictions etc.
- Keep up to date with the latest Immigration changes in the world of business travel and ensure prompt updates are provided to the management as well as the team.
- Ensure that all stakeholders are kept aware of any business travel challenges and changes to processes and procedures
- Work very closely with the Immigration Team Lead and STC's to ensure that they are kept abreast with all the latest changes and developments so as to support business development initiatives, where appropriate
- Escalate any high-risk situations to the MENA Business Travel Lead and ensure that key stakeholders have adequate information to make the right decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholder by providing consistently high levels of client service.
- Excellent English/Arabic language written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with the broader HR Team, including recruitment and immigration.
- Strong MS Office skills and a willingness to acquire new skills to effectively leverage internal reporting systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- A passion for understanding the onboarding experience and the needs of new joiners.
- A bachelor's degree, with a preference for those with HR specialization.
- Previous experience working in a global profession services firm.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven sound judgment and flexibility in balancing multiple project requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping team members and projects moving on schedule.
- Experience of supervising multi-cultural teams.
