
Merchant Acquisition and Development Manager

- Acquire and onboard new merchants across various industries (retail, e-commerce, hospitality, etc.)
- Manage and grow relationships with existing merchants—online platforms and brick-and-mortar businesses
- Negotiate compelling merchant offers, discounts, and exclusive partnerships for platform users
- Create strategies to increase merchant engagement and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to develop effective campaigns and solutions
- Monitor merchant performance, collect feedback, and optimize merchant experience
- Stay informed on market trends to identify opportunities and competitive positioning
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Strong negotiation and partnership-building skills with a track record of closing deals
- Experience managing both digital and physical merchant operations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving ability
- Familiarity with CRM systems and merchant management platforms
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
