To strengthen our team, we are looking for a [[Assembly Production Supervisor]] in our plant in [[Fayoum]].Detailed description of main activities:
-Participate in Budget preparation.
-SOP preparation.
-Ensure the achievement all production KPI's (Quality, Cost, Delivery) in his area of responsibility.
-Define and coordinate the right actions with all stakeholders in case of deviation.
-Ensure the respect of safety rules in the shopfloor.
-Preparation and pre-validation of the MPS with logistic planners in weekly basis.
-Ensure the needed adjustment of head count Vs target of production hours.
-Define a hiring plan in case of need and ask for approval from the department manager.
-Check shifts outputs and daily productivity of the concerned area and put necessary actions in case of deviation.
-Participate in action plans related to internal quality improvement.
-Succeed all internal and external audit.
-Deploy and spread kaizen Mindset in the shopfloor.
-Define the training need for line leaders/sectors leader and submit a proposal to the department manager.
-Quarterly team members assessment and PMP evaluation.
-Ensure the respect of the QMS expectations (IATF16949), the applications of procedures, the applications of all work standards and rules related to the EHS (ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001) and the 5S.Job Qualifications:-BSc.
