- Identify new opportunities for using data analytics services within various business functions, collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate their value, and develop a comprehensive plan for implementation.
- Design custom solutions, select appropriate tools and techniques, execute and deploy the solution, monitor its performance, and continuously enhance it.
- Stay informed about the latest business applications, tools, and methods in the field, as well as deployment and MLOps platforms, and introduce these to Infomineo.
- Lead projects, coordinate priorities and allocate resources, and communicate effectively with the project director.
- Serve as a mentor and coach, providing guidance, training, and career development opportunities to the team.
- Teach team members how to approach problems effectively and empower them to replicate these strategies in the future.
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Engineering
- Full proficiency in English + 1 Additional language (French, German, Arabic, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese...)
- More than 10 years of technical experience in advanced analytics and data science
- Strong experience managing data integration projects using relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle) and cloud data platforms (Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery).
- Familiar with data ingestion frameworks and ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, Talend, or Alteryx; ability to guide data engineers in building robust pipelines.
- Comfortable navigating and working with semi-structured and unstructured data (e.g., JSON, web APIs, survey tools), including use cases requiring light transformation or enrichment.
- Knowledge of NoSQL environments (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) for exploratory analysis or specialized business use cases.
- Strong command of analytical and statistical techniques, including correlation analysis, clustering, forecasting, segmentation, and customer profiling.
- Demonstrated expertise in business intelligence platforms, especially Power BI and Tableau, including calculated measures (DAX/LOD), custom visuals, and performance-optimized dashboards.
- Ability to lead the design of interactive dashboards with advanced features: drill-downs, what-if analysis, KPI monitoring, and geospatial components.
- Plus: Hands-on understanding of data science workflows—from exploratory data analysis to model interpretation—enabling collaboration with data scientists on use cases such as churn prediction, sales forecasting, and NLP for survey analysis.
- Exposure to Python for rapid prototyping of data science models and interpreting their outputs within business contexts.
- Experienced in managing BI project lifecycles, from requirements gathering to deployment, including stakeholder alignment, governance, and user training.
- Familiarity with API integrations and cloud data connectors to pull data from ERP, CRM, social, and survey platforms.
- Experienced in cloud-native BI architectures across Azure, AWS, or GCP, including cost control and performance considerations.
- Oversight of automated pipelines and refresh logic, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of insights.
- Plus: Comfortable deploying basic machine learning models or KPIs into dashboards, using predictive outputs to drive business actions and augment traditional reporting
