- Coordinate and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Monitor logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
- Evaluate and optimize logistics processes to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain processes with market demands.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare and present reports on logistics performance, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Identify potential challenges and implement proactive strategies to mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate documentation of logistics activities and vendor agreements.
- Act as a point of contact for any logistics-related inquiries and problem resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably with third-party logistics providers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards
