Responsible for planning and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance for all production lines and factory equipment to ensure continuous, efficient operation and minimize unplanned downtime, while maintaining quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling production lines (Krones – Sidel – SIPA) and auxiliary units
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for production lines and equipment.
  • Manage the maintenance team and assign tasks based on work priorities.
  • Monitor equipment performance, analyze recurring faults, and implement root cause solutions.
  • Coordinate with the production department to carry out maintenance without disrupting production schedules.
  • Supervise both mechanical and electrical maintenance activities.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability when needed.
  • Enforce occupational health and safety standards during maintenance work.
  • Prepare and analyze periodic maintenance and breakdown reports.
