You will be the custodian of our recruiting system, tools and processes and responsible for end-to-end management of our recruiting activity. You will support managers in order to find untapped talents, attract, recruit and retain Rockstars within the market in Egypt or internationally.RequirementsKey responsibilities include:
  • Work closely with hiring Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of technical open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talents to pull from as new
positions open up. * Continuously partner with recruiting teams and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talents.
  • Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards.
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in an internal database.
  • Conduct employment background checks for future hires.
  • Handle job fairs, communicating with universities and agencies to hire top talents.
  • Partner with the People team to improve the overall efficiency of our recruitment process.
ABOUT YOU:The ideal candidate has exceptionally high ownership, excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to work with agility in a fast-paced environment. They would also be insanely focused on demonstrating excellence in service delivery and problem-solving; breaking down complex information into understandable and actionable items. Experience recruiting in the Technology industry is a must.Other qualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, any other relevant degree.
  • 6+ years of proven experience in a full ife cycle Taent acquisition role.
  • 2+ years of experience in hiring in international markets.
  • Fluent communication in English language and preferably (German or Spannish).
  • Experience in High-tech, Telecommunications, Digitalization and/or Software industries.
  • Previous experience within a rapidly-scaling business and/or in a matrix organizational structure.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
