- Work closely with hiring Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of technical open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talents to pull from as new
- Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talents.
- Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards.
- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in an internal database.
- Conduct employment background checks for future hires.
- Handle job fairs, communicating with universities and agencies to hire top talents.
- Partner with the People team to improve the overall efficiency of our recruitment process.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, any other relevant degree.
- 6+ years of proven experience in a full ife cycle Taent acquisition role.
- 2+ years of experience in hiring in international markets.
- Fluent communication in English language and preferably (German or Spannish).
- Experience in High-tech, Telecommunications, Digitalization and/or Software industries.
- Previous experience within a rapidly-scaling business and/or in a matrix organizational structure.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
