- Participate in the establishment and implementation of new standards and processes.
- Create an action plan covering all the processes, with a timeline and stakeholders through determining the sub-processes for the processes we will work on, estimating the timeframe, and
- Execute the action plan by identifying the changes/updates required in the current process/draft the subprocesses, prepare an action plan table to document the tasks required from each stakeholder
- Perform business analysis.
- Participate in process improvement.
- Review the internal audit checklist, and guidelines and update the audit tracker.
- Create an audit schedule by updating the employee list with the shifts/working hours of the targeted audit list, assign a date/time and auditor for each auditee, and send the final Audit schedule to the auditees.
- Execute the audit by first reviewing previous audits and related processes, conducting the audit, sharing audit reports with stakeholders then receiving and reviewing the CAPA report.
- Participate in external audits by collecting work samples.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree is preferred
- + 3 years of experience in the Quality Assurance field.
- A very good command of the English language is a must.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; high proficiency and advanced Excel knowledge.
- Strong written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in data collection, data analysis, and reporting (statistical or six sigma courses are preferable).
- Attention to detail.
