• Perform comprehensive data analysis of sales including business and data understanding, data cleaning, data preparation, and interpretation.
• Utilize statistical techniques and data mining methods to uncover insights, trends, and patterns.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance, including customer segmentation, product performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
• Identify key drivers and factors impacting sales performance and provide actionable recommendations to enhance sales strategies.

• Present findings and insights through clear and concise reports, presentations, and data visualizations.

• Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools (Ex: Tableau, Power BI) to create visually compelling and interactive dashboards and reports.
• Design and develop data visualizations that effectively communicate complex data in a user- friendly manner.
• Continuously improve data visualization techniques to enhance the accessibility and impact of data-driven insights.

• Collaborate with the sales department to develp accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business plans.
• Analyze sales patterns, seasonality, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for optimization.

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of sales data through data validation and quality assurance processes.
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, anomalies, or errors to maintain data integrity & reliability.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline data analysis workflows and enhance efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4+ Years of proven experience as a Data Analyst in a sales or marketing environment.
• FMCG background.
• Proficient in using BI tools to create visual dashboards and reports.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data analytical tools.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Passionate about data analytics and staying updated with the latest trends and advancements.
