Our client is a leading financial company operating in Sudan & North Africa. is looking for Product & Brand Manager to manage the product development process from edition to launch. Be responsible for the business brands anddesign in their entirety. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, sales andmarketing to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and achieve our business objectives.Job Description:1. Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap that aligns with business objectives2. Continuous development of the brands and oversight of use of the brands in marketingand sales.3. Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify productopportunities and requirements4. Oversee the design team (both graphic and UI/UX) to ensure brand consistency5. Work closely with engineering and design teams to develop product requirements and specifications6. Manage the product development process from ideation to launch7. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans8. Monitor product performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend new technologies and best practicesRequirements1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience2. 5+ years of experience in product management3. 3+ years of experience in consumer application product management4. Strong knowledge of product development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks8. Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA or Trello9. Experience with B2B and/or B2C products is a plus
