- Conduct Audits: Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001), industry standards, and customer requirements, with a focus on ceramic, lighting, and sanitary ware sectors.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement and assess the effectiveness of corrective actions, utilizing Dynamics software for data management and analysis.
- Improvement Plans: Work with internal teams to develop and implement continuous improvement plans for processes and products, specifically targeting the ceramic, lighting, and sanitary ware industries.
- Reporting: Prepare audit reports and analyses, providing recommendations to senior management. Utilize Dynamics software to streamline reporting processes.
- Training and Mentoring: Provide training and guidance to staff on quality practices and new improvements, emphasizing the use of Dynamics software in quality management.
- Corrective Actions Monitoring: Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions, evaluating their effectiveness.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers to gather feedback on product quality and address quality-related complaints, focusing on ceramic, lighting, and sanitary ware products.
- 3-4 years of experience in quality assurance or auditing, preferably in the ceramic, lighting, and sanitary ware industries.
- Professional certification in quality assurance (e.g., CQA - Certified Quality Auditor) is an advantage.
- Proficient in using Dynamics software for quality management processes.
- Strong knowledge of international and industry-specific quality standards.
- Analytical skills with the ability to handle data effectively.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
