AR Supervisor

• Conduct regular reconciliations for AR Balances to ensure balance accuracy between the Dashboard and our accounting system Odoo
• Monitor customer accounts for timely invoicing, payment application, and reconciliation.
• Handle customer inquiries, billing disputes, and payment negotiations professionally.
• Generate reports including Ageing and analyze AR data to track performance metrics and provide insights.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to streamline processes and resolve issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any relevant.
• 6 years minimum proven experience preferred in a dynamic environment - startup business, fintech or any relevant.
• At least two years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in accounting software "Odoo Is a plus".
• Skilled in handling multiple projects simultaneously, organization, and attention to detail
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to motivate staff.
