This role requires extensive travel (~45 weeks / year) to various locations within the US.Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship is required
Must possess an active TS clearance at the time of application, be willing and able to obtain SCI access, and pass a CI polygraph.
Must reside in Washington DC area with willingness to travel extensively within the United States.
Qualifications and Experience:
Associate's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related IT Management or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Computer Science or Information Systems or related
Experience in deploying Microsoft Teams and EVoIP solutions
Responsibilities:
Assists in the planning, design, and implementation of communications networks.
Responsible for providing assistance and technical support for network design activities.
Assists in the review/assessment of user needs.
May conduct feasibility studies for projects.
May assist in the evaluation and selection of equipment.
Provides systems guidance for current and proposed investments in telecommunications and network facilities and/or services from the development of communications software through financial implementation review.
Researches present and future communication technologies.
Develops telecommunications solutions to address user needs.
Assists in the design, development, and testing of communications software interface programs.
Requires knowledge of communication protocols, hardware, and real-time operating system programming.
