German Operations Supervisor

• Managing team performance daily, weekly & monthly
• Tracking, observing and monitoring all transactions made by her/his teams on system
• Deliver knowledge, updates and technical support
• Conduct coaching session's and one on one meetings
• Use and upgrade the available tools for tracking and evaluating team member's
• Interacting in day-to-day business activities with other stakeholders internally and externally
• Prepare and share performance reports and presentations
• Attend and participate in all BAU activities and meetings presenting his/her line of business performance and action plans

• Excellent German speaker
• Minimum 1 year experience as a team leader
• Very good presentation skills.
• Very good to Excellent English level
• Very good communication skills
• Very good problem-solving skills
• Very good Leadership skills
• Very Good coaching and handling skills
• Very Good knowledge of MS-office and Google sheets and documents are a must
• Has no commitment issues or major disciplinary action in the last year
