- Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and building trust.
- Monitor stock levels in your area and coordinate with Procurement and Shopkeeper to keep shelves stocked.
- Gather customer feedback regularly and act on it to improve their experience.
- Prepare pro forma invoices and follow up on quotations to help close sales.
- Identify sales opportunities, suggest add-ons, and report slow-moving items with improvement ideas.
- Maintain attractive merchandising according to company standards.
- Be knowledgeable about the full product range and stay updated on new items and market trends.
- Keep Sales Manager informed of customer feedback and product-related issues.
- Experience in similar role or fresh graduates.
- Very good communication skills
