- Establish partnership agreement with main vendors and contract administration.
- Monitor main vendors performance.
- Source new vendors, and establish Approved Vendor List
- Perform market research to spot cost optimization opportunities.
- Prepare Savings report, spend report and vendor perform report
- Review current policy to spot enhancement as per current best practice.
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 8 years , 5 years in similar position ,preferably in construction or industrial field
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving cost savings and favorable contract terms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze complex data and make sound business decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
