
Advertising Operations Executive

- Assist the developers' sales team in setting up and integrating real estate listings from client accounts (manual upload, write titles, follow up on listings and monitor performance).
- Conduct daily checks to ensure listings are published accurately and in a timely manner.
- Track and troubleshoot any issues related to feed performance, data quality, or listing display.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to coordinate listing updates, bug fixes, or client-specific requests.
- Maintain documentation for listing setups and operational processes.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure proper execution of technical handovers.
- Support the Ad Ops team in reporting, QA, and maintaining data accuracy.
- Support the sales team by booking meetings and conducting market research.
- A bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- 1 – 3 years of campaign management experience at a publisher, agency, or adtech.
- 1 – 3 years of digital media experience or 1 – 3 years in account management.
- Understanding of Google Ad Manager (GAM) or a similar ad server.
- Understanding of third-party tracking and reconciliation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint / Google Slides.
- Intermediate Excel/Sheets skills, including pivot tables, calculated fields, conditional formatting, and vlookups.
- Basic image editing skills, such as cropping and resizing.
- Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Self-learner with an interest in the internet and media.
