The Factory Manager will oversee and manage all factory operations, with a strong focus on production processes involving plastic blowing and injection machines. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production, quality assurance, equipment maintenance, workforce management, and compliance with safety and operational standards to achieve production targets and optimize productivity.Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and manage daily factory operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
  • Oversee production activities related to plastic blowing and injection molding machines, ensuring optimal machine utilization and minimal downtime.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Monitor product quality and enforce quality control procedures in accordance with company and industry standards.
  • Manage maintenance schedules for machines and equipment to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate factory staff, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
  • Control raw material usage and manage inventory to minimize waste and costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
  • Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
