- Responsible for the planning, organization and execution of the quarterly inventory count
- Ensure accurate tabulation of all breakage and propose the purchase of all operating equipment
- Liaise with the local Health Ministry on all environment issues and keep relevant parties informed
- Control quality of washing equipment, chinaware, glassware, flatware and supervise burnishing of silverware, kitchen cleaning and garbage disposal
- Choose proper cleaning agents, processes and conduct technical job knowledge training
- Assist in the control of Food & Beverage divisional expenses by educating outlets on proper chemical usage, equipment handling, breakage costs and safety issues
- Co-ordinate with the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or Outlet Manager to check their requirements for the day and the next day
- Responsible for the orientation of new employees, prepare a utilities induction checklist and arrange on the job training
