• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key pharmaceutical clients in the UAE and GCC region
• Understand client objectives and lead proposal development and pitching
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams across research, analytics, and delivery
• Lead project planning, execution, and timely delivery, ensuring quality and relevance
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through consultative client engagement
• Collaborate with research directors and analysts to align projects with strategic client needs
• Track project progress, budgets, and client satisfaction
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
