- Developing and executing strategies for distributors to achieve sales targets, entering new markets and expanding business in Egypt
- Monitoring distributor performance, identifying growth opportunities and building strong relationships with key partners
- Analyzing market data to understand customer needs, competitor landscape and position ABB for competitive advantage
- Collaborating with marketing to create new solutions, offers and promotions to meet Egyptian market demand for wiring accessories
- Increasing distributor sales through strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers and retailers
- Leading the development of a network of wiring accessory specialists, identifying new distributors for new products and supporting e-commerce growth
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Power
- Minimum 2-5 years in Sales and Marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, negotiation, presentation & communication skills
- Fluency in both English & Arabic language is mandatory
