- Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Identify ways to improve customer experiences.
- Interact with couriers in answering questions and resolving issues.
- Daily live tracking of couriers to maintain sufficient service to the clients.
- Troubleshoot and investigate fraud and troubled orders.
- Monitor, anticipate, and manage the live operation to ensure a great user experience.
- Identify ways to improve Couriers' experiences.
- Lead the communication with the fleet for ongoing orders.
- Ensure a smooth operation by coordinating communication with Customers, vendors , and other internal support teams.Requirements:What Are We Looking For❓
- Experience in operations or logistics.
- Good with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication skills.
- Can manage time and tasks well.
- Works well in a team.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Working Hours: 5 days a week, 9 hours day including 1 hour lunch break.
