The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our employee experience and organizational success.   • Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, contributing to a high-performance culture.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates and new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, resolving issues, mediating conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance review processes, provide coaching, and support professional development initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer competitive compensation structures and benefits programs, ensuring fairness and market alignment.
  • Learning & Development: Identify training needs, develop and deliver programs that enhance employee skills, and foster a continuous learning environment.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance and best practices.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Design and manage effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees seamlessly and conduct smooth offboarding processes.
  • Culture & Engagement: Champion initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture, employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
What You'll Bring (Required Skills & Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • [15+] years of progressive HR experience, with at least [8+] years in an HR Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of [relevant labor laws and regulations, e.g., Egyptian Labor Law].
  • Proven ability to manage all aspects of the HR lifecycle.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
