- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring a holistic approach to talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify and address strategic HR challenges, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Drive initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion, promoting a culture where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Egypt, the UAE, and KSA, mitigating risks and implementing best practices to protect the interests of the company and its employees.
- Champion continuous improvement efforts in HR processes, policies, and systems, seeking opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related matters, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to drive business success.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Extensive experience (X+ years) in HR leadership roles, preferably within the technology sector or a similar fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in Egypt, the UAE, and KSA, with a proven track record of ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
- Strong experience in a senior HR role within a Technical/IT business
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving business results through effective HR strategies and initiatives.
- Analytical capabilities, including the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insights and inform decision-making.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.
- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) are highly desirable.
