Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our esteemed clients, a leading company specializing in security solutions and products, located in 10th of Ramadan City.Job Title: Senior Production EngineerAbout the OpportunityAs a Senior Production Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe production operations. You will support production managers in executing daily plans, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving improvements in processes, equipment performance, and resource utilization. This role requires both technical expertise and hands-on problem-solving skills.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Operations & Process ControlExecute daily production plans, ensuring timely delivery (MPA & OTIF).Monitor machinery and equipment performance, ensuring efficiency and minimal downtime.Support the implementation of safety, health, and environmental standards.Maintain production records, analyze deviations, and report issues.Continuous Improvement & OptimizationParticipate in lean manufacturing initiatives and improvement projects (e.g., SMED, TPM, line balancing, cost reduction).Contribute to troubleshooting and root cause analysis for process and quality issues.Suggest and implement corrective/preventive actions.Quality & ComplianceEnsure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.Work closely with quality teams to reduce defects, waste, and rework.Collaboration & SupportAssist the Production Area Manager in coordinating resources, workforce allocation, and scheduling.Support training and coaching of operators on best practices.Contribute to team development through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.Essential Skills & Qualifications4–6 years of experience in production engineering or industrial operations (manufacturing background).B.Sc. in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).Hands-on experience in manufacturing systems, KPIs, and process improvement tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Familiarity with lean manufacturing, equipment efficiency, and resource management.Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.What Success Looks Like in This RoleStable, efficient production operations with minimal downtime.Improved machine utilization, reduced waste, and optimized resources.High-quality products delivered on time, meeting customer expectations.Effective support to managers and team members, driving a culture of safety and continuous improvement.What You’ll GainA critical role in one of the region’s most dynamic industrial operations.Hands-on exposure to advanced manufacturing practices.Professional growth with opportunities to move into leadership roles.A collaborative work environment where your ideas and contributions are valued.Be the Force Behind Production Excellence.
