- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with company goals and operational needs.
- Lead and support initiatives in People & Culture, employee engagement, and onboarding.
- Contribute to talent acquisition and collaborate on training programs through our Internal Academy.
- Oversee Learning & Development (L&D) and manage the full Performance Management cycle (PMS).
- Ensure proper handling of Personnel operations, legal compliance, and internal policy adherence.
- Analyze HR data and workforce trends to guide strategic decisions.
- Play a key role in talent planning, organizational change, and leadership development.
- 5 to 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or advisory role
- Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Solid experience in L&D, performance management, and employee engagement programs
- Proven ability to influence, consult, and build strong working relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus)
- Fluent in English and Arabic
