If you are passionate and driven, you will fit right in.About the role:We are looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead our core product tribe. He will be responsible for building and guiding a high-performing team of Product Managers, each focused on enhancing and innovating a specific loyalty product while supporting client requests. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our loyalty offerings, ensuring they deliver exceptional value to our clients and their customers.Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision and roadmap for our loyalty products portfolio.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Work closely with Delivery Tribe to support clients requests along with adding new products to their portfolio.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to translate business needs into successful product features.
  • Conduct market research and user analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and feature development.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requests.
  • Drive the creation and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Own the product go-to-market strategy, leading product launches and evangelization efforts.
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics, using data to inform product decisions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in B2B loyalty programs.
RequirementsRequired Skills & Abilities:
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring product teams.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B loyalty landscape and its core functionalities is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with experience using product analytics tools.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Experience with product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a similar related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B or enterprise software.
