If you are passionate and driven, you will fit right in.About the role:We are looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead our core product tribe. He will be responsible for building and guiding a high-performing team of Product Managers, each focused on enhancing and innovating a specific loyalty product while supporting client requests. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our loyalty offerings, ensuring they deliver exceptional value to our clients and their customers.Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision and roadmap for our loyalty products portfolio.
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Work closely with Delivery Tribe to support clients requests along with adding new products to their portfolio.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to translate business needs into successful product features.
Conduct market research and user analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and feature development.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requests.
Drive the creation and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Own the product go-to-market strategy, leading product launches and evangelization efforts.
Track and analyze product performance metrics, using data to inform product decisions.
Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in B2B loyalty programs.

RequirementsRequired Skills & Abilities:

Proven track record of leading and mentoring product teams.
Strong understanding of the B2B loyalty landscape and its core functionalities is a plus.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Data-driven decision-making skills with experience using product analytics tools.
Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
Experience with product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a similar related field.
5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B or enterprise software.
