- Develop and execute a comprehensive product vision and roadmap for our loyalty products portfolio.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Work closely with Delivery Tribe to support clients requests along with adding new products to their portfolio.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to translate business needs into successful product features.
- Conduct market research and user analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and feature development.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requests.
- Drive the creation and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Own the product go-to-market strategy, leading product launches and evangelization efforts.
- Track and analyze product performance metrics, using data to inform product decisions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in B2B loyalty programs.
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring product teams.
- Strong understanding of the B2B loyalty landscape and its core functionalities is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven decision-making skills with experience using product analytics tools.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Experience with product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a similar related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B or enterprise software.
