Review CTD files, assess feasibility, and coordinate CAPEX and manufacturing routing with internal teams.
Respond to customer RFIs and act as the main technical contact for out-licensing partners.
Coordinate cross-functional requirements with R&D, Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain.
Support production planning, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure OTIF delivery.
Manage artwork and packaging processes, ensuring timely approvals and readiness for product launch.
Facilitate effective communication and participate in internal/external meetings to align timelines, resolve queries, and ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related technical field.
2–4 years of experience in technical operations (R&D), production coordination within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, and CAPEX planning. and with CTD structure and content is a plus.
Experience in artwork and packaging coordination is an advantage. Proficient in project coordination and production planning tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including customer interaction.
