- Improve Reporting and Insights:
- Pioneer the development, implementation, and stabilization of state-of-the-art reporting systems that meet current needs and anticipate future requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively identify business trends and bottlenecks, ensuring our reporting remains a key driver of strategic decision-making and process improvement.
- Relieve Data Collection and Governance Bottlenecks:
- Conduct a comprehensive review of data collection processes, identifying and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Institute and champion a culture of data governance, collaborating with Tech and Legal teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Promote a Data-Driven Culture:
- Own the data strategy and roadmap that enables data to become an enterprise-wide asset driving revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Lead by example in promoting a data-centric mindset across the organization, influencing teams at all levels to leverage data in decision-making processes.
- Establish and lead regular forums for knowledge-sharing and cross-functional collaboration, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies, providing strategic insights to the executive team to drive future growth.
- Innovative Solutions and Research:
- Encourage and support the team in exploring innovative solutions and researching to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Foster an environment that encourages experimentation and the development of cutting-edge analytics and automation.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a leadership role within analytics, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Expert command in Python and SQL.
- Extensive knowledge of advanced analytics and automation technologies.
- Track record of building and managing diverse, high-performing teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into strategic business insights.
- Expertise in implementing data governance and quality assurance processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across different departments.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s. in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
